Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any original packing slip, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share your order number.
Personalised (engraved) bracelets are not able to be returned for refund nor exchanged. This is due to the custom nature of the bracelet meaning we cannot put the bracelet back into stock. Please ensure you are happy with your choice of size, colour and engraving before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised (engraved) items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Protection Policy
Delivered but missing/stolen parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Before a claim can be approved, we may ask you to:
- check with household members, neighbours, building management, concierge/mailroom, or your local post office/courier depot
- provide written confirmation from the carrier
- provide a police report or incident number for suspected parcel theft
- confirm a secure alternative delivery address for any replacement
Repeat missing parcel claims
Shipping Protection is intended to protect customers from genuine one-off delivery issues. It does not provide unlimited replacements or refunds.
Where a customer, household, delivery address, email, payment method, or order history has had a previous parcel marked as delivered and reported missing/stolen, any further claim may require additional verification and may be declined at our discretion.
We reserve the right to require future orders to be sent to a secure alternative address, PO Box, parcel locker, business address, or with signature on delivery.
Claim limits
Shipping Protection covers one approved delivered-but-missing/stolen parcel claim per customer, household, or delivery address within a 12-month period.
Additional claims within this period are not automatically covered and will be reviewed case-by-case.
Exclusions
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
- delivery delays
- parcels collected by another person at the address
- parcels stolen from an unsecured delivery location after confirmed delivery, unless approved at our discretion
- repeated missing/stolen claims without formal carrier or police documentation
- claims we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with carrier records
Remedy
Approved Shipping Protection claims may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at Boobie Bracelet’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
